What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site can store in your browser. Some last only for a session; some remain until they expire or you delete them. This site also uses localStorage for one preference. We treat that storage as part of the same conversation.
Types we use
Essential. We remember whether you accepted or rejected the banner so it does not return every visit. That choice is stored locally under sensor-nodehub_cookie_consent. Without it, the banner would reappear; the catalogue, journal, and forms would still work.
Analytics (optional). Only if you press Accept do we set a light first-party analytics cookie to see which journal essays and syllabus pages are actually read. We do not use it for advertising. Rejecting analytics does not block any page, form, or studio information.

How to manage or disable cookies
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can clear localStorage and cookies for sensor-nodehub.digital in your browser settings; the banner will return on the next visit. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies entirely, which may affect font loading. Browser help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge explain the exact clicks.
Third-party cookies
We load typefaces from Google Fonts. That service may process your IP address and set its own cookies according to Google’s policies. Images on this site are loaded from Unsplash; Unsplash may see image requests. We do not embed advertising networks, social pixels, or checkout widgets.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting analytics or blocking cookies does not hide courses, fees, the journal, or the contact form. You may see the banner again if preference storage is cleared. If Google Fonts is blocked, the browser will fall back to system serif and sans fonts; the site remains readable. Studio enrolment by email is unaffected.
