Loyalty Signal Architecture

Eleven weeks for analysts and CRM leads who already have extracts, and still cannot explain why redemption quality moves on its own. English instruction. Informational fee THB 18,500 for a Signal Desk seat.

Printed analytics charts spread across a meeting table

Who should sit this

You own, or closely support, a mobile loyalty programme: stamps, points, tiers, or wallet passes. You can join a table, filter a date, and write a paragraph about what a chart is claiming. You do not need a vendor certification. You do need patience for taxonomy week.

Observatory Circle adds a written review of one live programme for THB 41,000. See fees.

Modules

  1. 01 · Event taxonomy for points, stamps, tiers, and wallet passes Name issue, expire, adjust, evaluate, and burn so a campaign rename cannot orphan history.
  2. 02 · Identity resolution without over-merging guests Phone numbers are not people. We practise conservative joins on messy POS IDs.
  3. 03 · Cohort windows that match earn/burn cycles Thai retail calendars, not ISO weeks, decide the window.
  4. 04 · Redemption quality versus redemption volume Intended burns versus clearance burns, with store markdown flags.
  5. 05 · Liability leakage as a product signal Read the balance sheet movement as a UX problem, not only a finance leftover.
  6. 06 · Experiment design inside a live loyalty calendar Holdouts that respect festival fortnights and school holidays.
  7. 07 · Reporting that finance and product can both sign A two-page brief, not a 40-slide pack.

Learning outcomes

  • Rewrite an event dictionary your marketers cannot silently break.
  • Defend a cohort window in front of someone who only thinks in Mondays.
  • Split burn into intended versus clearance without a new vendor.
  • Translate points liability movement into one product decision.
  • Design a holdout that survives Songkran.

Reviews from this syllabus

“The identity module forced us to stop merging guest graphs with a hope-and-a-phone-number. Painful. Correct.”

Nalinee K., CRM lead

“Week five on liability was drier than I wanted. I still use that worksheet every close.”

FAQ

Do I need SQL?

You need enough comfort to join two tables and filter a date. We are not a beginner warehouse course. If that sentence already feels foreign, wait and sit Field Notes first.

Will you teach my CDP’s interface?

No. We do not teach you how to click through a specific CDP vendor’s UI. If your stack is Braze-only or Salesforce-only, you will still need your internal specialist for connector work. That limitation is intentional; vendor click-paths go stale faster than definitions.

Are sessions recorded?

Only when every seated student agrees. Office hours are live either way.

Can I join from outside Thailand?

Yes. Teaching is in English. Case material is Thai retail; the method still travels. Invoices are in THB.
