Terms of use

Last updated 1 August 2026. These terms apply to sensor-nodehub.digital and to studio seats arranged through the Koh Chang desk.

1. Acceptance

By browsing this site, writing to the desk, or accepting an invoice for Field Notes, Signal Desk, or Observatory Circle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not pay an invoice. Enrolment is not completed until we confirm a seat in writing. This website does not take payment and does not form a checkout contract by itself.

2. Who we are

3. Studio seats and informational prices

Prices published on this site are informational. They may change before we issue an invoice. A confirmed invoice is the commercial offer. You are responsible for providing a truthful description of your role and stack when you apply; we may decline a seat that requires beginner warehouse training we do not provide.

4. Intellectual property

Site copy, journal essays, templates, worksheets, and recordings remain the property of Sensor Nodehub or their named licensors. A paid seat grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your work and your employer’s internal reporting. You may not resell the kit, publish the extracts, or run a competing course from our slides. Student programmes and data you bring remain yours; we do not claim them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details. Do not share live-session links outside the seated cohort. Recordings exist only when every seated student agrees; copying them onward still requires our written consent.

6. No professional advice

Teaching is educational. It is not legal, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not an implementation contract for any vendor platform. Outcomes depend on your data, your calendar, and your organisation. Case studies describe student work on their own stacks; they are not guarantees.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Sensor Nodehub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or internal time spent on taxonomy. Our aggregate liability arising from a studio seat is limited to the fees you actually paid for that seat. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.

8. Site availability

We aim to keep the journal and catalogue available. We may change or withdraw pages without notice. A 404 page is a static file, not a promise that every old slug will redirect.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Trat Province have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing, write to info@sensor-nodehub.digital and allow ten working days for a reply.
