Why redemption rate still misleads your Monday meeting
A single ratio cannot tell you whether guests are attached, bored, or simply clearing a bad SKU.
Koh Chang desk · English studio
Sensor Nodehub is a small school for people who own the numbers behind stamps, points, tiers, and wallet passes. App analytics here means earn/burn quality — not another coloured funnel slide.
Heard after the last cohort
“The identity module in Loyalty Signal Architecture forced us to stop merging guest graphs with a hope-and-a-phone-number.”
“I came for dashboards. I left with a redemption quality view that finance actually reopened the following Monday.”
8.4 / 10“Dense. Occasionally dry. The wallet-pass week paid for the seat.”
Why the studio exists
A punch card that is scanned is not the same as a guest who returns because the programme still feels fair. Mobile loyalty now lives in wallets, in-app ledgers, and push calendars that change every campaign week. The analytics stack usually still reports “active members” as if that phrase had a single meaning.
We teach a narrower craft: event taxonomy for earn and burn, cohort windows that match the real cycle of a Thai retail calendar, and the discipline to separate liability movement from product health. You will still look at charts. You will stop treating them as the story.
Classes are run in English from our Koh Chang desk, with case material drawn from F&B, petrol, fashion, pharmacy, grocery, and travel. If you need a vendor certification, this is the wrong address. If you need to argue with a dashboard, you are in the right room.
Flagship studio
An 11-week programme for analysts and CRM leads who already have data, and still cannot explain why redemption quality moves independently from issue volume. Modules cover identity without over-merge, cohort windows, liability as a product signal, and experiment design inside a live calendar.
Informational fee: THB 18,500 for the Signal Desk seat. No checkout on this site.
What you actually practise
Points issued, stamps earned, tier evaluated, pass updated — named so a new marketer cannot quietly break your history.
Thai retail calendars are lumpy. We stop pretending a Monday–Sunday window is a loyalty truth.
A cheap SKU clearing a backlog is not the same as a guest using the programme as intended.
Finance already watches the balance sheet. We teach you to read the same movement as a UX problem.
Studio inventory, not vanity
Field journal
A single ratio cannot tell you whether guests are attached, bored, or simply clearing a bad SKU.
Songkran, Chinese New Year, and school holidays are not outliers. They are the dataset.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet give you a glance metric. Attachment lives one layer deeper.
If this sounds like your work
Fees are listed plainly on the studio page. Enrolment is arranged by email or phone after we confirm the seat still fits your role. If you only want to argue a metric definition, that is also a valid reason to write.
